Qi

One of the primary goals of the internal arts, including Tai Qi, Ba Gua, Hsing Yi and Aikido is to maintain or enhance health and vitality by building or balancing the body's Qi and being able to use this energy in training and in daily life.

In this blog, I will be discussing my thoughts on the martial arts in general, training and news that has caught my attention.
