The concept of Qi or Ki is one of the underlying principles of traditional martial arts. One of the primary goals of the internal arts, including Tai Qi, Ba Gua, Hsing Yi and Aikido is to maintain or enhance health and vitality by building or balancing the body's Qi and being able to use this energy in training and in daily life.

About me

I have over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry: acupuncturist, massage therapist, gym instructor, personal trainer and martial arts instructor. In this blog, I will be discussing my thoughts on the martial arts in general, training and news that has caught my attention.
